You know or at least heard about the "Cebiche" the Peruvian dish consisting of a fish marinated in lemon and whose fame breaks the Peruvian border. But not only eats cebiche Peruvian coast. We Lima (born in Lima) are proud to have a varied cuisine that delights everyone.
